What's included in the free trial?
New customers get full access to whichever plan they choose for 14 days. Your 14 days start on the day your parent says yes to us on the phone — not the day you sign up. A card is taken at signup but nothing is charged until the trial ends; if your parent says no, we close the subscription and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.
Can Alongside ring more than one parent?
